Returns and Refund Policy
At Ocean Cartz, we value our customers’ trust. We offer a transparent return and exchange process to ensure you are satisfied with your mobility solution.
1. Return Period
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, you must notify us within this 7 day window.
2. Condition of Return or Exchange
To qualify for a return, refund, or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met.
- The golf cart must be in its original condition as delivered.
- The cart must be unused and free from any new damage, modifications, or signs of significant usage.
- All original documentation, keys, chargers, and accessories must be included.
3. No Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking or handling fees. If your return is approved, you will receive the full original purchase price. We do not offer partial refunds. Any cart that has been damaged, modified, or used by the customer will not be eligible for return or exchange.
We do not designate any products as final sale. All products are eligible for return or exchange within the stated return period, subject to the conditions listed above.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned cart is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days.
5. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping or transport to our facility in Warsan, Dubai. Ocean Cartz does not provide return pickup services.
6. Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the same conditions outlined in this policy. Exchanges are only available for carts of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer. The customer is responsible for all exchange shipping and transport costs. All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval before processing.
7. Warranty and Service
All refurbished golf carts come with a limited mechanical warranty with a minimum coverage period of 6 months. Depending on the specific golf cart model, condition, and agreement at the time of purchase, the warranty period may be extended up to a maximum of 5 years.
Any warranty period longer than 6 months must be discussed, agreed upon, and confirmed in writing via WhatsApp before the order is finalized. Warranty duration and coverage may vary depending on the golf cart and included components.
If a mechanical or electrical issue covered under the agreed warranty occurs, repairs will be performed free of charge at our service center. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure, electrical surges, unauthorized modifications, or external impact. Warranty service does not qualify a product for return, refund, or exchange.
