Returns and Refund Policy

At Ocean Cartz, we are committed to providing a clear and transparent return and exchange process for our customers within the United Arab Emirates.

1. Return Window

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days once product arrived.

Requests made after 7 days from delivery date will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility and Product Condition

  • The product must be in new and unused condition.
  • The golf cart must not have been driven, modified, or damaged.
  • All original accessories, chargers, keys, manuals, and documentation must be included.
  • The product must pass inspection upon return.

3. Return Method

Once a return request is approved, Ocean Cartz will arrange return collection within the United Arab Emirates through our logistics team.

Return collection is provided at no additional cost to the customer.

The cart must be available at the original delivery location unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Inspection and Approval

All returned products are inspected upon collection. If the cart does not meet the eligibility conditions stated above, the return may be rejected and the product will be returned to the customer.

5. Refunds

Approved returns are refunded in full to the original payment method. Ocean Cartz does not charge restocking or handling fees.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned cart has been received and approved following inspection.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery and are subject to inspection approval.

Exchanges are available for carts of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer before delivery of the replacement cart.

7. Warranty

All refurbished golf carts include a minimum 6 month mechanical warranty. Warranty duration may vary depending on the model and agreement.

The warranty covers mechanical and electrical defects only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper operation, water exposure, electrical surges, neglect, or unauthorized modification.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without penalty. Once a cart has been dispatched or delivered, the return process described above will apply.
