Welcome to Oceancartz. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site.

1. Products, Quality, and Representation

All products are thoroughly inspected before delivery to ensure they meet our strict quality standards. We are strictly committed to delivering exactly what you purchased. We guarantee that the physical product delivered to your location will match the exact specifications, features, visual representation, and configurations advertised on our website at the time of purchase. We do not make unauthorized substitutions or alterations to your vehicle.

2. Pricing, VAT, and Stock Availability

All displayed prices are final and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. We operate with real-time inventory synchronization. Every product available for purchase on the Oceancartz website is physically in stock at our UAE facility and ready for dispatch. We do not accept payments for out-of-stock items.

3. Accepted Payments

To ensure a secure transaction process, we accept the following payment methods at checkout:

  • Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club (processed securely via Stripe).
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Direct Bank Deposit: Transfer to our Mashreq Bank account. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of the transfer confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay the exact amount in cash to our driver upon physical handover of the vehicle.

4. Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered 7 days a week. Our standard delivery timeframe within the UAE is strictly 3 to 6 days. Delivery within the UAE is completely free of charge. 5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is in new and unused condition. Due to the size of our electric vehicles, all returns are arranged via our internal logistics team at no additional cost to you. Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspection. 6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without penalty before the vehicle is dispatched. Once a product has been dispatched, the standard return process will apply.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure that a responsible adult is present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for the product. Customers are responsible for operating vehicles in compliance with all applicable UAE laws and regulations.

8. Privacy and Security

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
