All products are inspected before delivery to ensure they meet our internal quality standards.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. Minor variations in appearance or configuration may occur.

2. Pricing and VAT

All displayed prices are final and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. Stock Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, customers will be notified promptly and offered an alternative product or a full refund.

All payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment systems. Ocean Cartz does not store customer card details.

5. Order Processing and Delivery

Golf carts and mobility vehicles are stocked locally within the United Arab Emirates.

Orders are typically processed within 0 to 1 business day after payment confirmation. Delivery is normally completed within 0 to 2 business days depending on location and scheduling availability.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without penalty before dispatch. Once a product has been dispatched or delivered, the return process outlined in our Return and Refund Policy will apply.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is in new and unused condition.

Due to the size and nature of our products, returns are arranged through our logistics team within the UAE and are not processed through standard courier or postal services.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure that a responsible adult is present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for the product.

Customers are responsible for operating vehicles in compliance with all applicable UAE laws and regulations.

Ocean Cartz shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, except where required by applicable law.
