1. Order Processing and Delivery Time
All golf carts and mobility vehicles are stocked locally within the United Arab Emirates.
Orders transit time 0 to 1 All Week after payment confirmation.
Delivery is normally completed within 0 to 2 All Week from the date of payment confirmation, depending on location and scheduling availability.
While we aim to deliver within this timeframe, delivery times may vary due to traffic conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical circumstances.
2. Delivery Method
Due to the size and nature of our products, deliveries are carried out directly by Ocean Cartz or through authorized local transport partners within the UAE. Standard courier services are not used for golf cart deliveries.
3. Shipping Coverage and Costs
- Within UAE: Free delivery on all products.
- International Orders: Available upon request. Customers must contact us for a custom freight quotation. All import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Confirmation and Scheduling
After dispatch, our team will contact the customer by phone or email to confirm delivery scheduling.
5. Delivery Requirements
A responsible adult must be present at the delivery location to inspect the cart and sign the delivery confirmation.
Customers are advised to inspect the product at the time of delivery and report any visible damage immediately.
