We deliver to all emirates within the UAE. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Any orders placed with a delivery address outside the UAE cannot be processed.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard Shipping (0.00 AED) on all orders delivered within the UAE. There are no hidden fees, heavy freight surcharges, or extra delivery costs at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard delivery timeframe is strictly 3 to 6 days from the date your order is confirmed. We process and deliver orders 7 days a week.

Because our products, such as our electric pickup trucks, require specialized heavy freight handling, our internal logistics team will contact you directly to coordinate the exact drop-off date and time within this 3 to 6 day window.

4. Order Tracking and Delivery Updates

Once your order is processed and dispatched, our team will reach out to you via phone or email to provide updates on your delivery status and confirm your arrival time.

5. Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can only update the delivery address if the heavy freight vehicle has not yet been dispatched from our facility.
