Refund policy
At Oceancartz, we provide a clear and transparent return and refund process for customers within the United Arab Emirates.
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in unused condition with no damage caused by the customer.
- The product must include all original accessories, chargers, keys, and documentation.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
Defective or damaged products are always eligible for return or exchange.
3. Return Method
All returns are handled through our logistics team.
Once a return request is approved, Oceancartz will arrange pickup from the customer’s location at no additional cost.
Customers are not required to ship the product or visit any return location.
4. Return Shipping Cost
Return collection is free of charge for all approved returns.
5. Return Instructions
After a return request is approved, customers will receive return instructions from our team. If required, return documents or instructions will be provided via email. No physical return label is required from the customer, and our team will arrange the pickup.
6. Inspection
All returned products are checked upon collection to confirm they meet the eligibility conditions.
7. Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after the product is received and approved.
8. Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to availability and inspection approval.
If the replacement product has a higher price, the difference must be paid before delivery.
9. Non-Returnable Cases
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
- Products that have been significantly modified by the customer.
10. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.
